Never tell people what you want to say but, tell them what they want to hear

Never tell people what you want to say but, tell them what they want to hear.
Times ago, I always say something “give them what they want or what you have for them”.
Basically, in life, no matter how fervent, perfect, loyal, diligent you’re, there’ll always be a but (coma) that people will centered on in your life. No matter how much you tried to please people you’ll end up getting spanked. You can call your friends’ attention to what would benefit them but the perfect flaws in them would not let them heed to your word. Your friend could seek you advice but end up doing “self-intent”.
As a leader –there’s no way you’ll be a good leader if you stopped listening to your followers and vice-versa. You could have a Yam in the farm and you want it finishing as Yam flour meanwhile your followers want it as Pounded yam only, always. If you don’t listen to them you could end up losing your dignity by defaming you. Just take heed. Do things with ease. You can’t always say this is how I want it, but listen to others, so that you know what they want.
